Welcome to Radiating Aesthetics + Wellness, located inside ONYX Salon & Extension Bar in Saline, Michigan.

 

I’m Kellee Ihrig, RN, BSN, founder of Radiating Aesthetics + Wellness and an Advanced Aesthetic Nurse Injector. Before entering aesthetic medicine, I spent more than a decade in critical care nursing, gaining experience in surgical, cardiac and medical intensive care, Rapid Response, and serving as an ACLS instructor. That medical foundation continues to guide my practice today, with safety, education and individualized care at the heart of every treatment.

 

I have completed more than 20 advanced aesthetic certifications and extensive hands-on training alongside leading aesthetic professionals and plastic surgeons. My approach is centered on creating natural, balanced results that enhance your features without changing what makes you uniquely you.

 

As Radiating Aesthetics has grown, so has my vision for the practice. What began with injectable treatments has expanded to include advanced skin and laser technology, medical-grade skincare, hormone optimization and comprehensive wellness all supported by our growing medical team Mercedes McGaughey, NP and Medical Director, Dr. Klosterman, DO.

 

My goal is to create a welcoming place where every patient feels heard, educated and confident in their care. Each treatment, product and technology offered has been selected intentionally, with quality, safety and meaningful results in mind.
